Jumping Juniper Shampoo Bar is the first solid shampoo I've tried. It's very easy to use, just wet your hair then rub the purple bar in your hands for a minute then use the lather to shampoo your hair. It is also very pleasant to use because of the wonderful berry smell. It leaves your hair feeling soft and smelling great. I have just tried my bar for the first time. The instructions on the label read as follows: ‘Rub into wet hair or lather in wet hands’. I wasn’t sure whether or not I needed to use a conditioner as well, but I decided against it, as I wanted to see what effect just using the shampoo bar had on my hair.

I wet my hair and lathered the bar in my hands, and what lather there was! We don’t live in an area of particularly soft water but a little rub of the bar produced handfuls of rich creamy lather – ooer missus!

I massaged the lather into my hair for a minute or two and then rinsed it off completely. I have short hair and washing it doesn’t normally take very long but this was all over in a couple of minutes!

I blow-dried my hair with less trouble than usual and I have to say that it looks, feels and smells great!

So, all in all, I am very impressed with this product. It works very well and a little goes a long way. In fact it looks as though it will live up to its advertising slogan displayed in the shop – ‘Lasts longer than most relationships!’

Not that it will last longer than MY relationship – Dave noticed how nice my hair looked after using this product, so I think I’ll keep him!
